I have been going to Caxton Fitness for just under a year. I tried normal gyms and found they were noisy, one had to queue for equipment and rarely got to see anyone for advice on how to best use the equipment. Going one-to-one with Poonam is brilliant. For the hour session we go through a variety of exercises tailor-made for me and taking into account any previous injuries etc. I go a couple of times a week to her gym, my general fitness has definitely improved and Poonam makes the workouts enjoyable as well. Thoroughly recommend having sessions with her.
